Applicability
The rental and booking conditions are always provided as an attachment to the relevant email containing the booking form.
The rental and booking terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through Jan Thiel Holiday Rentals (JTHR BV). If the landlord has its own rental terms and conditions, these will be provided in addition to the rental and booking terms and conditions.
