This beautiful villa, renovated in 2023, is located on the secure Boca Gentil Resort and is located directly on the sea and even has its own private beach.
Its location at the front of the Boca Gentil Resort means you can walk to Jan Thiel Beach in just a few minutes, where you will find several good restaurants, beach clubs and shops.
The villa has four bedrooms, of which the master and second bedroom have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped, including an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, and blender. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The spacious living room, with sea views, features a comfortable lounge sofa and, of course, a television. From here, you also have access to an additional terrace where you can enjoy the sunset.
The porch features a large dining table where you can enjoy snacks and drinks. Extending from the porch is the sun terrace with a private pool and several sun loungers.
Looking for some shade? You can find it under a spacious palapa, and there are also several seating areas, including one on the private beach.
Parking is possible on site and the villa is suitable for up to 6 people.
