On the pool deck, you can soak up the sun during the day and relax, enjoy drinks, barbecues, and dine in the evening. Here you'll find several loungers, lounge sets, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a Weber gas BBQ.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including an American-style refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, a 4-burner induction cooktop, two dishwashers, a wine cooler, an oven, a microwave, a Quooker, and a Nespresso machine with milk frother. The villa also includes a Miele washing machine and dryer.
In de van airconditioning voorziene woonkamer staat een comfortabele loungebank en een televisie met diverse Nederlandse en internationale zenders. Ook hangt er een uitgebreid Sonos systeem op het terras, in de keuken en woonkamer.
In zijn totaliteit beschikt de villa over 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, waarvan de 2 masterbedrooms een eigen toilet en badkamer hebben en de overige 2 slaapkamers een badkamer delen en gebruik kunnen maken van het gastentoilet op de gang. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning.
