The ground floor houses six bedrooms and five bathrooms. There's also a gym with Technogym equipment and sea views, as well as a chill-out/TV area.
On the first floor is the living room with modern kitchen that is fully equipped.
Through the kitchen you enter the very spacious porch complete with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, where you have a beautiful view of the sea from the dining table.
The swimming pool is extra large: 11.5 m by 5.5 m including 4 bar stools placed in the mineral water where you can also enjoy the view.
The villa is completely fenced and has an electric gate behind which there is ample space to park several cars.
