This beautiful 6-person apartment, located on the first floor and renovated in 2023, is well-ventilated and has a beautiful view of the tropical garden and the Caribbean Sea.
The apartment with shared pool is located on the secure Boca Gentil Resort and is a short distance from the beaches, beach clubs, shops, modern gym and Van Den Tweel Supermarket.
The living room has a lovely corner sofa to relax or watch TV on the Smart TV with Dutch channels and Netflix, among others.
The spacious outdoor terrace, featuring a cozy seating area and a dining table, is connected to the living room by large sliding doors. There's also a sliding door on the terrace to regulate the breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an American-style refrigerator, (combination) microwave, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher.
The spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and sink. All bedrooms have cooling air conditioning.
