The villa was built in 2017. The architecture is both tropical and modern, designed to allow the breeze to flow through the house without overpowering it. The living room with kitchen, porch, terraces, and swimming pool are located on the first floor. From there, as from the master bedroom, you have fantastic views of the bay and the Caribbean Sea.
The layout is as follows:
Entrance hall, toilet, living room with open kitchen. Along the hallway are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. This level features a spacious porch, sun terraces, and an infinity pool where you can relax over the edge with a refreshing drink and enjoy the breathtaking view of the expansive sea.
On this living level, on the Boca Gentil side, there is a palapa of approximately 9 x 3.5 m with a lounge area and outdoor kitchen where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the wind, and where you can hear the rustling of palm leaves in the background.
From the hallway, you can access the lower floor, where the additional apartment is located. It features its own living room and kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer). There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. Behind these rooms is a spacious porch with a sea view!
