Upon entering, you'll immediately find yourself in the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, oven, and Nespresso machine. Adjacent is the living room with a comfortable, spacious sofa and television.
The living room leads to the pool deck, complete with a lovely swimming pool and sun loungers for soaking up the sun. There are two additional outdoor areas, each with a spacious dining table and lounge area.
On the same level are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
A staircase takes you to the ground floor where the 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located.
On the ground floor there are also three apartments , with private entrance, which can also be rented separately, but for larger groups, up to a maximum of 18 people, can also be combined with the villa.
