This spacious, unique villa is fully equipped and provides the ultimate holiday feeling. The view of the Caribbean Sea and Caracas Bay is breathtaking.
Several sun loungers are dotted around the private pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. A large palapa provides plenty of shade, creating a truly tropical feel. There's also a spacious covered outdoor terrace with a large dining table, BBQ, and various seating areas.
The villa is divided into two floors. The top floor houses the cozy living room, featuring a sofa and a television with a wide selection of channels, as well as the fully equipped modern kitchen, equipped with an American-style refrigerator with an ice cube dispenser, a dishwasher, two ovens, two microwaves, a blender, a Senseo coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and much more. The adjacent utility room also houses an additional (wine) refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer.
This floor also houses the master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and a television.
On the ground floor, there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. These bedrooms have a private terrace overlooking the floodlit beach tennis court. Of course, the necessary rackets and balls are provided for a good game of tennis.
Still haven't had enough exercise? This floor also features a gym with various equipment and barbells. The gym is also air-conditioned.
The villa is located in the luxurious Vista Royal district, within walking distance of Jan Thiel Beach where you will find various shops, restaurants, beach clubs and a supermarket.
