You can enter the villa through the front door or via the 8-person elevator from the garage. As soon as you step inside, you'll be immediately amazed by the stunning view. The living room with open-plan kitchen is surrounded by sliding glass doors, providing stunning panoramic views from every angle.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including an American-style refrigerator, two dishwashers, a combination oven, and a built-in coffee maker. From the spacious living room, complete with a comfortable seating area, you can step directly onto the expansive pool deck. There are several seating areas here, so you always have a choice of relaxing in the sun or seeking shade.
From the pool deck, you can reach the second outdoor area via an outdoor staircase. Here, too, you'll find several seating areas, a covered outdoor kitchen, and even an additional swimming pool.
On the same level as the living room and pool deck are the two spacious master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and walk-in closets. This level also features a second living room that could also serve as an office. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. These are slightly smaller but also feature en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
