Villa Chill Out is een nieuw gebouwde, zeer sfeervolle en stoere beachvilla op slechts 100m van het strand in de luxe beveiligde villa wijk van Jan Thiel, Vista Royal.
Vlakbij vindt u de restaurants, de beachclubs, de moderne sportschool The Challenge en v/d Tweel supermarkt.
The villa has two master bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have their own bathroom but share a toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with cooling air conditioning.
There are also 2 apartments, both with a bathroom and full kitchen.
The apartments can be booked together with the villa or separately. They have their own entrance and cannot use the pool when rented separately.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary built-in appliances. The kitchen leads directly out to the terrace, which offers stunning sea views.
On the porch on the other side of the kitchen is a large concrete table that seats eight. This side also features the pool, where you can soak up the sun on one of the loungers. The villa also boasts many inviting spots and a Sonos system, making it the ultimate place to relax and enjoy your holiday!
The villa is completely fenced and has an electric gate behind which there is ample space to park several cars.
