This fantastic, recently completed (March 2023) villa is equipped with every luxury, including two swimming pools, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room.
Upon entering, you can access the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor from the hall, each with its own bathroom, or take the stairs to the first floor where the kitchen and living room are located, as well as the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace with great views.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, including a double fridge/freezer, a convection oven, a 5-burner induction hob, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious and inviting living room, which features a comfortable corner sofa and a television. A Sonos system is also included.
From both the kitchen and the living room you have access to the spacious terrace with an 8- to 10-person dining table, several cozy seating areas and of course one of the two swimming pools.
From this floor you have a beautiful 180 degree view and also a view of the second swimming pool below.
The lovely swimming pool on the ground floor can be reached via the 4 bedrooms downstairs as well as via an outside staircase from the terrace near the kitchen.
There are several sunbeds around this pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
The villa is located about a 10-minute walk, or a few minutes' drive, from Jan Thiel Beach with its lively beach clubs and restaurants. There's also a supermarket and gym nearby.

Additional bedroom €25 per bedroom per night (maximum 5 bedrooms/10 people).
Prices include 40 kWh per day for up to 3 bedrooms and 60 kWh per day for 4 or 5 bedrooms.
For additional consumption, €0.55 per kWh will be charged.
Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.
