This newly completed Ibiza-style villa is located in the Vista Royal residential area. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a lounge sofa and TV, and a kitchen with a cooking island, American-style refrigerator, oven, and Nespresso coffee maker. Several large sliding doors spanning the entire width of the living room connect the living room to the outdoor terrace. The terrace has a large, inviting covered area where you can relax on the lounge set. There's also an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table where you can enjoy dinner.
There is also a swimming pool where you can take a dip to cool off, and there are several sunbeds by the pool.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms; two of them are en suite, while the other two share a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There is also free WIFI in the villa.
Next to the villa is an apartment with its own entrance, which will be occupied during certain periods. This will not affect your privacy in any way.
