This luxurious, spacious 12-person villa is situated on the edge of Vista Royal and offers stunning views of both Caracas Bay and the Spanish Water. Its location also provides ample privacy.
You can enter the villa through the front door or through the garage, which has an elevator. This makes the villa ideal for the elderly and/or those with disabilities. It's also very convenient for your suitcases and groceries.
From the elevator you step straight into the comfortable living room with open, modern kitchen.
The living room features two comfortable sofas and, of course, a television with a wide selection of channels. A Sonos sound system is also included.
The modern kitchen, with cooking island, is fully equipped, including an American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave and blender.
From the living room/kitchen, you step directly onto the covered terrace, where a spacious 12-person dining table is set up. It's the perfect spot for a delicious dinner with a fantastic view. Here, you'll also find the first swimming pool with several sunbeds.
Furthermore, outside there is a spacious palapa with lounge area and outdoor kitchen equipped with a Green Egg BBQ.
The second pool, equipped with bar stools, is located at the side/front of the villa. It's the perfect place to relax in the evenings and enjoy a delicious drink overlooking the illuminated Caracas Bay.
Villa Grande Bida has no fewer than 6 double bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable box-spring beds.
On the first floor, the living level, there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, walk-in closets, and even a television that rises from the bed frame.
The other 4 bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor, also have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
