Large sliding doors open directly onto a spacious porch overlooking the lovely pool and the Jan Thiel/Vista Royal neighborhood. There's also an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table.
The master bedroom, with its walk-in closet, freestanding bathtub, and en-suite bathroom, is also located on the first floor. The same applies to the second bedroom with its en-suite bathroom.
A staircase leads to the ground floor, where the other three bedrooms are located. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds, and air conditioning is a must.
