This beautiful villa, completed in November 2024, boasts no fewer than 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. The villa is located in the upscale Jan Thiel / Vista Royal neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from Jan Thiel Beach, where you'll find several excellent restaurants, beach clubs, shops, and a supermarket.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including two dishwashers, an oven, a Nespresso machine, and an American-style refrigerator. On either side of the kitchen are covered porches with lounge sofas, seating, and a spacious dining table. A barbecue is also a must. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room.
You can also relax on the pool deck, for example on one of the loungers by the infinity pool, and from here you also have a beautiful view.
The living level also features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and, of course, air conditioning. The master bedroom opens onto the spacious terrace and overlooks the pool.
A staircase leads to the ground floor, where the other three bedrooms and the attached apartment (the seventh bedroom) are located. These bedrooms all have their own bathroom and air conditioning. From these bedrooms, you also have access to an additional terrace with a bar.
On this level there is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
