This unique and stylish villa consists of two parts, which are combined into one spacious 12-person villa.
The villa is located in the popular Vista Royal district in Jan Thiel, just a few minutes' walk from Supermarkt van den Tweel and Jan Thiel Beach, where you will find several good restaurants, beach clubs and shops.
Villa Maria has 2 master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace/balcony with seating.
There are also four more bedrooms, each sharing two bathrooms. Naturally, each bedroom has air conditioning.
The tropical garden naturally features a lovely swimming pool and offers plenty of privacy thanks to its lush vegetation. Twelve sunbeds are arranged around the pool, allowing you and your entire group to enjoy the sun.
The garden features several seating areas. Under the porch, for example, you'll find a large dining table where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. There's also a spacious covered lounge area and two additional seating areas on either side of the two kitchens.
Villa Maria also has 2 living rooms, both equipped with a sofa and television.
At the rear there are 2 more well-equipped kitchens, with a view of the garden, including an American refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, combination oven and dishwasher.
