This modern, spacious villa, completed in early 2024, is located in the upscale Jan Thiel/Vista Royal neighborhood. Because the living area is on the first floor, you have a beautiful view of the neighborhood and even the Caribbean Sea, which is only 200 meters away.
The villa itself has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms that share one bathroom. In addition, there are two one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor. More about these later.
Upon entering the villa, take the stairs to the first floor, where you immediately enter the cozy living room, which features a comfortable sofa and a television with a very wide range of channels.
At the rear is the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an American-style refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. From the kitchen, you can step directly onto the spacious terrace that wraps around the entire villa. Several seating areas have been created here, and there's also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
Of course, a wonderful swimming pool is a must. From the pool, you also have a beautiful view of the Jan Thiel / Vista Royal neighborhood. Besides several sunbeds, there's also an outdoor shower. A staircase behind the pool leads to an additional toilet.
As mentioned, Villa Simas also has two one-bedroom apartments. These apartments are located on the ground floor on the right side of the villa.
The apartments can be rented either in combination with the villa or separately and are situated in such a way that you can enjoy optimal privacy as a guest of the villa as well as one of the apartments.
Each apartment has a living room with open kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
What completes the picture is the extra swimming pool at the front, which is exclusively for the two apartments.
