The villa naturally features a private pool, and from the pool deck, you have a beautiful view of the Spanish Water. Here, you can relax in the sun on one of the loungers.
Under the canopy is a comfortable lounge set, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view even in the shade. Under the other canopy is a spacious dining table for a delicious dinner.
The central living room has a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with Dutch channels.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a view of the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an American-style refrigerator, combination microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.
The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share one. Naturally, all bedrooms have air conditioning.
Below the villa is another apartment (the fourth bedroom) with a private bathroom, which can be rented as an option. This apartment is not rented separately.
