This exclusive villa, completed in 2024, is located in the Jan Thiel/Vista Royal neighborhood, a short distance from Jan Thiel Beach, and guarantees a luxurious stay. Upon entering, you'll immediately notice the meticulous attention to detail and design.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a spacious fridge/freezer, a Nespresso machine, an oven, and a microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a comfortable lounge sofa and a television.
Both the kitchen and the living room overlook the pool deck, which features a delightful saltwater pool, several sun loungers, multiple seating/lounge areas, and a spacious dining table. There are even two lounge areas within the pool. An outdoor shower and guest toilet are also located here.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a Green Egg BBQ. From the pool deck, a staircase leads to the balcony terrace with a large palapa where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a pool view and a spacious en-suite bathroom. There are also two other bedrooms sharing one bathroom. Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. Naturally, all bedrooms, including the living room, are air-conditioned.
Parking is possible on site and Villa Sunset View can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
