This cozy, charming villa was recently (2023) completely renovated and is located in the upscale Jan Thiel / Vista Royal neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk from Jan Thiel Beach. There are several nice restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a gym.
The villa has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The living room has a very comfortable lounge sofa from which you can watch TV.
The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including an American-style refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, blender, and oven. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the porch, which features a large, robust dining table and a comfortable seating area with a beautiful view of the pool and tropical garden.
There are several sun loungers around the pool. Need a break from the sun? No problem, there's also a palapa where you can relax in the shade.
