This cozy villa, sleeping eight, features four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and is located in the upscale Jan Thiel/Vista Royal neighborhood. Jan Thiel Beach, with its several excellent restaurants and shops, is just a few minutes' walk away.
The villa features a spacious tropical garden, complete with a private pool. Several seating areas throughout the garden offer perfect for relaxing, including a spacious palapa with a lounge area/bed.
On the porch there is a large dining table and there is even a Green Egg BBQ.
From the porch, you have access to the modern open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. It's equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, combination oven, and fridge/freezer. There's also a lovely seating area here for some quiet retreat.
There's also a separate living room with a spacious lounge area, television, and a separate bathroom. This room also has air conditioning and French doors leading to the garden.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, is located on the first floor. It also has a balcony with beautiful views of the neighborhood.
Naturally, all bedrooms have air conditioning.
